"Fancy"  received Winner’s Bitch for one point.

Fancy had her eyes checked by Opthamologist, Dr. Brown today.  All is GREAT, and she can now add "CERF" to her name.

Luci has left Sangar for her new home in Georgia. She will be living with our good friend Carole Moores and Keeper her 7 year old Newf.

Luci will be working on gaining Therapy skills, and working with children.

Today we had to assist our DeeDee to the Bridge.   A grand old Lady, DeeDee's show career was cut short at 23 months however she stayed on and held down our floors until today. Now she can play at the bridge pain free with Ted and Edith and all the other Newfs to go on before her Moonfleet’s Dances At The Dawn-- April 23, 1998 to August 3, 2009.

“Bleu”  was x-rayed today for OFA hips, elbows and patellas.  All looks great, and his hips received OFA-excellent rating and normal elbows and patellas.  WOO HOO!

“Bleu”  took Winner’s dog and Best of Opposite Sex today in Orlando, Florida, at the Brevard Kennel Club show . So he is now  Ch. Sangar’s Bleu Bayou.

"Teller" is now CH. SunValley’s Show and Tell.  She finished her championship today in Biloxi, MS with best of winners and best of breed! 

Coming to a bookstore near you soon the story of Bailey Beachbear. Bailey, who the story is based on, was the result of a co-breeding by club members Kim Chonko (Beachbear Newfs) and Sharon Rompot (Sangar Newfs).

Proceeds from the books sales will help with Newfoundland rescue across the country so watch out from this title and check out the offical news releases.

Emmy Lou and Ernie have another daughter- 1.7 pounds.   Emmy reabsorbed all but one of the litter again however with supplements of progesterone she has held on to this baby. Emmy and puppy are doing well.

This baby will be evaluated for staying at Sangar.

Bianca’s Litter is here! She had 6 puppies - 2 girls -1 Landseer , 1 black and 4 males - 2 Landseer and 2 black!

Sangar's Bleu Bayou  "Bleu" - took Winners Dog, and Best of Opposite Sex for 1 point each day towards his championship, at the Fort Lauderdale Kennel Club shows.  He now needs just 1 point to finish!

Ruby has gone to a new home today.  A family in Georgia lost their 8 year old newf, and the children were very sad and crying.  Ruby went to live with them, and they are ecstatic to have her join their family.

Teller now has 6 points.  She obtained two more points  for Winner’s Bitch at shows held today.

Teller obtained two points  for Winner’s Bitch  & Best of Opposite Sex at the Suwannee Valley Kennel Club Show on Saturday and two points on Sunday at the Orlando Brevard Kennel Club Show.

We welcome "Allie" to our furry multitude!  Her official name will be: Sunvalley's Sunset @ Sangar.  She is a lovely girl, and we look forward to getting her into the show ring.  Our thanks to Lou Ann Lenner for entrusting her to us.

Emmy-Lou had her litter with Ernie  - she had only one female puppy.  It appears as if she resorbed the rest of her litter.

Emmy-Lou was ultrasounded today.  She is pregnant!!!  Her litter with Ernie will be due July 12th, 2008.

"Kitty" ~ Moonfleet's Honky Tonk Angel, CERF, cystinuria normal was x-rayed today.  Hips look EXCELLENT!  "Kitty" will be going home to Donna Hounsell (Moonfleet), where she will be bred for an all black litter, which (hopefully) will be due the end of June 2008.

Palm Beach County Dog Fanciers Association, under Ms. Theresa L. Hundt, and under Ms. Patricia W. Laurans, Bleu took winners dog and best of winners both days earning 1 point each day.

Emmy-Lou had her litter of 5 today.  Mom and babies are doing well.

Greater Fort Myers Dog Club, under Mrs. Paula Hartinger, Bleutook winners dog, and best of winners for a 3 point win!

St. Petersburg Dog Fanciers Association, Inc., under Mrs. Robert C. (Carolyn) Thomas, Bleu took winners dog, best of winners for a 4 point win from the Bred by Exhibitor class!
